During the production process, plastic particles enter the plastic extruder through the feeder, and are heated, melted, and extruded to form a profile of a certain shape. The function of the mold is to shape the molten plastic into the desired shape and size. The cooling system is used to cool and shape the newly extruded profile to maintain its shape and dimensional stability. The pulling system is used to pull the profile out of the mold and maintain a certain speed for continuous production. The cutting system cuts the profile to the required length and packages it.
Depending on the production process and product types, the production line configuration and number of equipment are also different.
