High mechanical strength:
UPVC profiles have good water pressure resistance, impact resistance and tensile strength. For example, at room temperature, it can withstand 110 atmospheric pressure for up to 1 hour without breaking, which shows its excellent pressure resistance.
Health non-toxic:
UPVC profile adopts a unique green environmental protection lead-free formula system, instead of the traditional compound lead salt formula system, so it will not damage the water quality or affect human health. This makes it ideal for water supply systems.
Light texture, convenient installation and construction:
The density of UPVC profiles is usually the 1/5 of general cast iron, so it is very convenient to carry and unload. In addition, it uses a special adhesive paste or elastic seal sleeve, making the installation and construction simple and quick.
Temperature performance:
The use temperature range of UPVC profiles is best at room temperature. When the temperature is low, its brittleness will increase, which is not conducive to installation and construction; and when the temperature is high, its tensile strength will decrease, and its water pressure resistance will also decrease.
Good water tightness: after using adhesive bonding, the bonding strength of UPVC profiles can reach more than 12.5/C within 15 minutes, and it will not decrease significantly after years of use. At the same time, the sealing ring at the socket of the elastic seal has a considerable service life with the PVC pipe, and there is almost no risk of aging and water leakage.
Corrosion resistance:
UPVC profiles have very high corrosion resistance, and their inner and outer walls do not require anti-corrosion treatment. In addition, due to its non-conductive characteristics, it is not easy to electrochemically react with acids, alkalis, and salts, so acids, alkalis, and salts are difficult to corrode it.
Raw material characteristics:
UPVC profiles with polyvinyl chloride resin as the carrier, with accurate temperature, timing melting, rapid absorption of additives and other excellent characteristics. At the same time, it uses the world’s famous calcium-zinc composite heat stabilizer, which can capture, inhibit, absorb and neutralize the removal of hydrogen chloride in the process of high temperature and melting of the resin, and carry out double bond addition reaction with the polyolefin structure to replace the active and unstable chlorine atoms in the molecule, thus effectively controlling the catalytic degradation and oxidative decomposition of the resin in the molten state.
