In 2024, in order to improve quality and create better products for customers, Fonirte’s technical center optimized and upgraded all product formulas, further improved the formula system, and further improved the physical properties and product quality of Fonirte profiles.
1. Formula improvement: The proportion of toughening system in raw materials has been increased (now reaching more than 10%). This proportion has exceeded the addition amount and proportion of other profile manufacturers in China, making the profile plasticized more completely during the production process. Not only the physical properties such as weld angle strength, low-temperature drop hammer impact, and tensile strength have been improved, but also the surface and gloss quality of the profile have been improved;
2. After the formula is improved, not only the quality has been improved, but the production has also become more stable, and the production scrap rate has been significantly reduced, indicating that increasing the formula cost is effective and beneficial. Therefore, profile production cannot only consider the cost, but on the premise of improving quality, improving production efficiency and reducing production costs, and providing customers with satisfactory product quality is the service tenet of our company and technical center.
3. Changes in profile weight: The effect of formula improvement is not only verified in product quality and production efficiency, but also has some impact on the profile weight. The weight is lower than before the improvement. The reduction in profile weight allows customers to get more benefits, customers reduce procurement costs, and achieve a win-win situation in procurement and sales.
