Superior insulation and heat preservation
The thermal conductivity is only 0.18 – 0.20 W/m·K, which is 80% lower than that of aluminum alloy doors and windows. When combined with insulating glass, the heat transfer coefficient K can be controlled within ≤ 1.0 W/m²·K. As a result, the indoor temperature can be raised by 4 – 5℃ in winter, and the energy consumption of air conditioners can be reduced by 30%.
Typical case: In the northern cold regions, UPVC + Low-E triple-pane double cavity configuration is adopted, which can reduce the heating cost by 40% in winter.
