• Water supply pipeline: UPVC pipes specially designed for transporting drinking water, with high requirements for material quality and hygiene performance.

Drainage pipes: UPVC pipes used for discharging sewage and wastewater, usually have good corrosion resistance and weather resistance.

• Electrical conduit: UPVC pipes used for protecting electrical wires and cables, featuring excellent electrical insulation performance and mechanical strength.

• Building Components: Such as door and window frames, window sashes, etc., UPVC profiles are widely used in the construction field due to their aesthetic appeal, durability and ease of processing.

8. UPVC Profiles – Classification by Structural Characteristics

• Solid-wall UPVC pipes: One of the most common types of UPVC pipes, made from a single piece of material, with a smooth inner surface, and suitable for various applications.

• Honeycomb core UPVC pipes: The inner layer is made of foam plastic, so they are lighter than solid-wall UPVC pipes and have the advantages of insulation, sound insulation and shock absorption.

• Multi-layer UPVC pipes: Made by bonding multiple layers of materials together, they are more resistant to chemical corrosion and temperature fluctuations, and are suitable for use in special environmental conditions.
